Why was my payment transferred to FundersClub even though I am on the waitlist?

If you have selected to send your payment via ACH transfer, the transaction will be initiated once you click the “send payment” button within investment checkout, regardless of reserved or waitlisted status. Please note that in most cases we advise waitlisted investors to submit their payments in advance of fund closing in order to increase the chances of being accepted into the fund. FundersClub will refund any monies we are ultimately unable to accept into the fund. However, if you determine that you would like to cancel the investment and have your payment refunded before the fund closes, please reach us at contact@fundersclub.com.
