When can I expect to receive my K-1?

FundersClub targets electronically delivering to fund investors the majority of K-1s by April 15th, following the end of the calendar year. In certain (but rare) cases, the K-1s may not be delivered until a later date due to pending tax information. To the extent applicable, FundersClub members should take this into consideration when determining if an extension may be required for their personal or entity tax returns.
